Capers Bistro Line Cook is a fast paced and high volume position that is responsible for ensuring food is prepared exactly as the restaurant, chef and customer prefers. This position cooks and prepares restaurant dishes to appropriate temperatures, ensures beautiful presentation, cooks according to food safety regulations, and maintains food prep. Capers Bistro is a restaurant and bar behind security at the Portland International Airport with dine in seating, bar service, and to go orders.
