PM Floor Manager
The Floor Manager is responsible but is not limited to: overseeing the restaurant daily operations Supervises the PIC for daily cash deposits, deposit log, and tip outs Assigns employees into proper roles at the beginning of shifts Documents all activity that require GM and AM attention Enforces and communicates all Capers Café policies and procedures Physically be present on the restaurant floor and in the kitchen to monitor the quality of the service and the food
